Terms of Service for SMS Communications

1. Acceptance of Terms

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from Code House Solutions LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Code House Solutions LLC operates a text messaging program that may include two categories of messages, each sent only to subscribers who opted in to that category:

  • Promotional / marketing messages — special offers, discounts, new product and service announcements, and other marketing communications.
  • Transactional / service messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, order/booking/account updates, service notifications, and customer service replies.

You choose which categories you receive when you sign up. Code House Solutions LLC also responds to messages you send us (for example, replying HELP for help or STOP to opt out).

3. Consent

When you sign up, you choose your message preferences using separate, optional checkboxes on our sign-up form — one for promotional/marketing messages and one for transactional/service messages. Each checkbox is its own choice:

  • Marketing messages are sent only if you separately check the marketing box. Under federal law, marketing texts sent with automated technology require your prior express written consent, which that checkbox provides.
  • Transactional / service messages are sent only if you separately check the transactional and service box, which provides your prior express consent for those messages.

Neither checkbox is checked by default, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase — you can buy our goods or services, and remain our customer, whether or not you opt in to either category. You may opt out of either category at any time by replying STOP (see Section 6).

Agreeing to these Terms of Service does not, by itself, sign you up for any text messages. You receive texts only in the categories whose checkbox you affirmatively selected on the sign-up form.

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
  • Code House Solutions LLC does not charge for messages, but your carrier may
  • Contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to our text message program.

9. Supported Carriers

Our service supports messaging to all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and regional carriers. Carrier policies may affect message delivery. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Content Standards

Code House Solutions LLC will never send messages containing:

  • Adult or explicit content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Illegal product promotions
  • Deceptive or misleading content
  • Spam or unsolicited commercial content

11. Limitation of Liability

Code House Solutions LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues
  • Charges from your mobile carrier for receiving messages
  • Technical issues with your mobile device or carrier network
  • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

12. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the text messaging service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of significant changes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued participation in our text messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by federal telecommunications laws and applicable state laws.
